Thank you for your order. Orders are printed on demand and due to the production method, and customization we use for all of our products, we cannot accept returns. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email with attached pictures explaining the issue to info@casatshirts.com and we will get back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you use a tracking number. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
